Hi Leticia - If you are referring to our Puffins, you will want to check the specific ingredient for that item as there are about 6 different varieties of Puffins but they are all made without soy added. The Puffins cereals are all natural so we do not use any artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, white sugar or corn syrup. Thanks. -Jen

Hi Ashley - We do try to source non-GMO but not always able to guarantee it so we are working with the Non-GMO project as they work to help obtain adequate supply of non-GMO ingredients in the marketplace. You can check us out on their website and learn more at http://www.nongmoproject.org/consumers/search-participating-products/ Thank you for your question. -Jen

Hi Michael - The Multigrain Puffins are gluten free as they are made with pure oats that are grown and harvested with the assurance that there is zero contamination with any gluten-containing grains. The Puffins Original are not specifically made with these pure oats but it is definitely something that the new product team is investigating so that we might make the gluten free claim for our gluten sensitive consumers. Thanks. -Jen

Dear Barbara's ~

Is Puffin's "Orignal" cereal considered "gluten free?"

I don't see wheat ingredients listed, only corn and oat (and you have oat flour in your "Multi-grain."

Please elaborate!

Thanks!

You forgot to take into account the calories from Fiber, which are essentially subtracted from the Total Calories. So for the Peanut Butter Puffins, since you have 2 grams of fiber, you would have 122 - 8 = 114, which rounds down to 110.

Hi!
I have to say, I don't know of the original puffins, but I do love the Peanut Butter Puffins that I'm getting up here in Vancouver! They're great! But lately I've been doing plenty of research on where my food is coming from and what's actually inside of it. I am curious to know if your corn ingredients come from companies such as Monsanto that GMO their corn or if the corn is grown organically? All Natural is nice to read, but I know food laws are much different in Canada as they are in the US. Any info on where the corn/soy is coming from would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Ashley

I have been eating Puffins (the Original) for years. It was a great cereal option -- low sugar and high fiber -- and great taste. However, I am completely disappointed with the new formulation -- it is sticky and quite sugary. Plus, you reduced the volume of the box, which I find offensive because my supermarket still charges the same. Please bring back the old "original" Puffins.
